Next generation sequencing library preparation kits from Illumina and New England Biolab will be used for preparation of gDNA-Seq, mRNA-Seq and Chip-Seq libraries. For the preparation of exome enriched libraries NimbleGen V3 oligo pools and SureSelect oligo pools from Agilent will be used. All protocols will be followed strictly according to manufacturer’s recommended protocols.
